How the features work together

One chain, left to right: the site is built, it gets found, the enquiry lands somewhere useful, and the whole thing stays current.

  1. 01

    A fast, structured site

Custom-coded pages, one per service and one per office.

  2. 02

    Found in search

Researched articles and correct schema, published on a schedule.

  3. 03

    Enquiry routed

The intake form delivers straight into your CRM.

  4. 04

    Kept current

Weekly revisions and, on higher tiers, the AI and Content Engines.

Feature 01

Pages that open before the call transfers

Custom-coded pages served from the edge, 90+ PageSpeed guaranteed on every page we build.

Available on

  • Single Entry
  • Double Entry
  • Full Ledger

Why speed is the first feature on an accounting site

A slow site loses the visitor who was mid-search for a bookkeeper during a lunch break. Every page is custom coded, ships almost no JavaScript, and is served from Cloudflare's global edge, so the site is fast on the day it goes live rather than after someone eventually audits a page builder full of plugins.

What "90+ PageSpeed" actually covers

We guarantee a Google PageSpeed score of 90 or higher on mobile and desktop for pages we build and host. That number reflects real load behavior, not a marketing figure: it measures how fast the page becomes usable on the phone a prospective client is holding. If a page we control falls below it, we fix it at no charge.

Feature 02

A page for every service you actually bill for

Tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, advisory and audit support each get their own page, written for that service.

Available on

  • Single Entry
  • Double Entry
  • Full Ledger

One page per service, not one page for everything

A firm that bundles tax prep, bookkeeping, payroll and advisory onto a single "services" paragraph gives a search engine nothing to rank and gives a visitor nothing to click. Each service your firm bills for gets its own page: what the engagement includes, who it fits, and what happens after someone reaches out.

Written for the service, not a template with the name swapped

A tax preparation page and a payroll page do not read the same way, because the client questions are different. Tax prep copy answers timing and document questions; payroll copy answers frequency and compliance-handoff questions. Every service page on your site is written for that service specifically.

Feature 03

A page for every office you run

Multi-office practices get one page per location, so each office can rank in its own city.

Available on

  • Single Entry
  • Double Entry
  • Full Ledger

One location, one page

If your firm runs more than one office, each one gets its own page: address, hours, the partner or manager who runs it, and the services offered there. A search engine ranks a page for a place, not a paragraph buried on a shared "locations" list.

Built to grow with the firm

Opening a new office is a revision, not a rebuild. Send us the address and the team, and the page is live within the standard turnaround, cross-linked from the existing offices so the whole practice reads as one firm rather than a scatter of listings.

Feature 04

Enquiries route straight into your CRM

Every form on the site delivers into your CRM by direct API, Zapier or Make, no manual re-entry.

Available on

  • Single Entry
  • Double Entry
  • Full Ledger

Where an enquiry actually needs to land

A new-client enquiry that sits in a shared inbox until someone remembers to check it is a lost engagement. We connect every form and call-to-action on the site into the CRM or practice management tool you already use, by direct API, Zapier or Make, so a lead becomes a task the moment it arrives.

Set up once, during onboarding

You tell us where enquiries should go during the onboarding call. If you use a general CRM, a practice management platform, or simply want them by email with a clean summary, we configure the routing before launch, not as a bolt-on afterward.

Feature 05

Weekly detail updates, no waiting on a developer

Five revisions a month included, any size, completed in working days rather than weeks.

Available on

  • Single Entry
  • Double Entry
  • Full Ledger

A revision is any change, at any size

New service, updated fee schedule, a different headshot, a whole new page for a service you just started offering: each of those is one revision. So is something larger, sent as a single request. Five are included every month, and each one is completed within a couple of working days, not queued behind a developer's other clients.

Requested from your client portal

You get a portal the day your site goes live. Revisions, support tickets and files you owe us all go through it, so nothing depends on remembering which email thread a request lives in.

Feature 06

Researched articles, published on a schedule

Two to three articles a week, 2,500 to 3,200 words, cited and written for the firm's own services.

Available on

  • Single Entry
  • Double Entry
  • Full Ledger

Why an accounting site needs a real publishing schedule

Search visibility for a professional services firm compounds from consistent, well-researched content, not a one-time blog burst. Every plan includes researched articles published on a schedule: two a week on Single Entry and Double Entry, three a week on Full Ledger, each 2,500 to 3,200 words and cited.

Written about the firm's own services, never as advice

Articles describe what a service involves, how engagements typically run, and what a prospective client should ask, framed as general information rather than advice for a specific situation. That framing protects the firm and still reads as genuinely useful to the person searching.

Feature 07

Managed hosting, nothing itemized

Cloudflare hosting with SSL, CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth, inside the monthly fee.

Available on

  • Single Entry
  • Double Entry
  • Full Ledger

What "included" means here

Hosting runs on Cloudflare's global network. SSL, CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth are all part of the plan, and none of them appear as a separate line item later. There is no renewal notice to miss and no bandwidth overage to negotiate.

Domain included too

One domain is registered free, in your firm's name, for as long as the plan is active. If you already own a domain we point it at the new site instead, so an existing client who has your address bookmarked never sees a broken link.

Feature 08

The AI Engine

AI receptionist, site chat and SMS or Messenger AI that answers questions and books calls, on Double Entry and Full Ledger.

Available on

  • Single Entry
  • Double Entry
  • Full Ledger

What it answers, and what it hands off

The AI receptionist, site chat and messaging agents answer questions about the firm, its services and its hours, and they book a call or intake appointment. They are configured not to give tax, accounting or financial advice, and they hand anything that would amount to advice straight to a person at the firm. You review the scripts before launch.

Text messaging done properly

SMS and Messenger AI require carrier registration through the A2P 10DLC process, which we file on your behalf. Carrier fees are passed through at what our providers charge us, with nothing marked up.

Feature 09

The Content Engine

Three articles a week, three social image posts and two reels a week, and a managed Google Business Profile, on Full Ledger.

Available on

  • Single Entry
  • Double Entry
  • Full Ledger

A full publishing operation, not just a faster article count

Full Ledger adds three social image posts and two short video reels a week, drawn from the same research as the articles, so a firm's presence off the site keeps pace with the site itself. Your Google Business Profile is managed as part of the plan: updated, monitored and kept consistent with the site.

Why this matters most for a seasonal practice

An accounting firm's inbound interest is not flat across the year. The Content Engine keeps a steady drumbeat of visible activity through the quieter months, so the firm is already established in search and in social feeds when its busiest season for new-client enquiries arrives.

Feature 10

A client intake form built around your engagement process

The niche tool: a structured new-client intake form that asks what you need to scope an engagement, not a generic contact box.

Available on

  • Single Entry
  • Double Entry
  • Full Ledger

Why a generic contact form loses accounting leads

A single "message us" box makes a prospective client guess what information you need, and most give up rather than guess. The intake form asks for the entity type, the services being considered and the general timeframe, so the enquiry that lands in your CRM is already scoped enough to act on.

Configured for your services during onboarding

The fields on the intake form match the services you actually offer: a bookkeeping-only practice sees different questions than a firm that also does audit support. We set this up from your onboarding form answers, and any adjustment afterward is a standard revision.

Queries06 answers

Questions about the engines

The AI Engine and the article schedule raise the same questions every time.

Read the full FAQ
How many articles do I get, and how long are they?

2 researched articles a week on Single Entry and Double Entry, and 3 a week on Full Ledger. Each one runs 2,500 to 3,200 words and is cited to real sources.

Who decides what the articles cover?

We propose topics drawn from your services, your sub-niche and what people actually search for around accounting, bookkeeping and tax preparation, and you can request specific topics or steer away from ones that do not fit your practice at any time through the client portal.

Do the articles give tax, accounting or financial advice?

No. Articles describe what a service typically involves, how an engagement usually runs, and what questions a prospective client should ask, framed as general information rather than advice for a specific person's situation. That keeps the content useful for search and appropriate for a firm to publish under its own name.

What does the AI Engine actually do?

On Double Entry and Full Ledger, an AI receptionist, site chat and SMS or Messenger AI answer questions about your firm and its services, take enquiry details, and book a call or intake appointment. Call analysis is delivered as a PDF summary so you can see what was discussed.

Will the AI give advice to my clients?

No. The AI Engine is configured specifically not to give tax, accounting or financial advice. It answers questions about the firm and its services, and anything that would amount to advice is handed to a person at your firm. You review and approve the scripts before launch.

What is A2P 10DLC and why does it matter?

It is the carrier registration process required to send SMS reliably in the United States. We file it on your behalf when text messaging is part of your plan, and carrier fees are passed through at what our providers charge us, with nothing added on top.
